Ambolgad was built by Muskaji surrounding Arabian Sea. This fort Captured by Carnel Imlock in 1818. Total area of fort is approximately 1200 sq.meter. But Currently fort condition is very bad . A small part of the fortification and walls on the sea side are still visible. The Math of Gagangiri Maharaj is situated near the fort.
