Chorla Ghat

Chorla Ghat is surrounded by three state border Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka. Cahrola ghat is tropical forest now is eco-tourism destination. There are many waterfalls around this area.



It lies to the North - East of Panjim- Goa about 50 km by road and 55 km from Belgaum, Karnataka.
Chorla Ghat is part of Western ghat in Sahyadri mountain rage and it's elevation of 800 meters. Chorla ghat is a delight for ecologists, biologists and trekkers. Chorla Ghat boasts of a few rare species of wild-life such as the barred wolf snake (Lycodon Striatus).

Chorla ghat being on the Eastern fringes far off from the beach and tourist area. It is during mansoon when lonely travellers and wildlife prefer to take trip Chorla Ghat.
